Our web-based administrative tool for managing your MicroMarket. Through SmartHQ, you can view your location, customer information, sales and inventory reports, as well as modify the price and tax of all items available in your Market.
Once your order is placed, the 365 Fulfillment Team steps in. Our Project Coordinators will provide you with all the support you need from a kick off call to a pre-live check. Our Trainers will provide onsite training as well as provide SmartHQ webinars. Our Account Specialists will configure your kiosk per your specifications and are available to help with all of your post live administrative SmartHQ questions.
Once you’ve got your MicroMarket up and running, our Support Team is available 24 hours M-F, 8am-5pm EST Saturday and Sunday. We offer next business day RMA part delivery, proactive monitoring and alerts, and remote kiosk access. Any issue you’ve got, we’re here for you.
