**HOW TO LOCATE THE VIRTUAL WALLET ID
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR LOCATING AN APPLEPAY ID
Open your Apple Wallet, select the card linked for payment, in the upper right corner tap on the circle with 3 dots icon, select card details and select "Card Details" and look for the "Device Account Number"
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR LOCATING A SAMSUNG ID
Open Samsung Pay, tap the card that you used for payment and locate the "Digital Card Number" under the card.
 
 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR LOCATING A GOOGLE VIRTUAL WALLET ID
Open Google Wallet, select the desired card, 3 dots upper right corner, locate “Virtual Account Number”

Once your refund is processed, an email confirmation will be sent. Please allow up to 5-7 business days from that email for the refund to be reflected onto your banking statement if a credit/debit card was used for your purchase.
