Joe Hessling is the Founder and CEO of 365 Retail Markets, the global leader in unattended retail technology. 365 Retail Markets offers the best-in-class platform for MicroMarkets, vending, foodservice and hospitality. Under Joe’s leadership the company has been pioneering innovation since 2009.
A serial entrepreneur, Joe has founded, owned and operated several companies in the past twenty-five years in areas ranging from distribution, managed services, restaurants and other investments.
Joe is a member of the National Automatic Merchandising Association Board of Directors.

As Chief Operating Officer, Brittany is responsible for day-to-day operations at 365 Retail Markets, working collaboratively with the CEO to translate the company’s goals into reality. She leads M&A activity with a focus on strategic growth opportunities for 365 and oversees several additional business units within the organization.
Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Jacob is a software executive with over 20 years of experience in organizations closely aligned with 365 Retail Markets. His mantra to customers is “we win when you win” which drives a devotion to understanding customers’ objectives and creating solutions to achieve their goals.
Jacob is based in Colorado where he and his family fully embrace the Colorado lifestyle by snowboarding, camping, hiking, and seeing live music as much as possible.

Chief Product Officer
Boris brings decades of experience in global product management and business leadership. He led the Product Management and Research and Development Teams at 3Com. He then spent 10 years at WMS Gaming/Scientific Games, where he held various roles in Product Management, M&A, and Interactive.
Boris brings a diverse background of executive, management and operational experience and holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. He lives in Chicago with his family and two dogs. He is an avid photographer, enjoys cooking, and is a wine lover.

Harris is a finance leader with more than 20 years of experience across strategic finance, investment banking, treasury, investor relations, and M&A. He has worked closely with senior leadership and private equity teams across the media and technology industry to execute growth and turnaround plans to maximize firm value.
Harris received his B.S. from Duke University and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on the Board of Directors at the Concordia Music Conservatory in Bronxville, NY.

Jeff has over 25 years of experience building and scaling high-performing payments and technology organizations globally. He's held previous senior management roles at VeriFone Systems, Inc., Boost Payments, AEVI/Diebold Nixdorf, and co-founded PowaPOS, a B2B payments and point of sale provider that was sold to SuperCom (Nasdaq: SPCB).
Jeff received his B.S. from Clemson University and his MBA from The University of San Francisco.

Scott Stewart joined Cantaloupe in September 2020 and served as Chief Financial Officer since February of 2022. Prior to Cantaloupe, Scott served 13 years with Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), which operates global equity and commodity exchanges, including the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). At ICE, Scott served as Assistant Controller, where he managed the corporate accounting function and was heavily involved in their M&A activity. Following ICE’s acquisition of NYSE, Scott oversaw the integration of NYSE’s finance function into ICE’s, including relocation to Atlanta. Prior to ICE, Scott served 5 years at Ernst & Young.
Scott holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master of Professional Accountancy from Clemson University and is a CPA.

Anton Rakushkin has twenty years of experience in retail technology including time with Streamware Corporation and Crane Connectivity Solutions. He holds impressive accomplishments in the areas of vending management, including the architecture of Vendmax, an extensively used VMS system across the industry. His achievements also include innovations around data exchange and tools for operator success such as the industry-first pre-kit and dynamic scheduling. Rakushkin has had notable success working closely with both customers and other solution providers to create widely adopted industry standards.

Scott Marimow is a managing director on the investment team based in our Boston office.
He is currently a director of 365 Retail Markets, Populous, Sweetwater, TAIT, Topgolf Callaway Brands and Wasserman.
Past Providence portfolio companies include AutoTrader Group, EZLinks Golf, Hulu, Learfield Sports, Major League Soccer Media, Newport Television, RentPath and ZeniMax. He is also a board member of Bridges, a non-profit organization that supports the success of Baltimore City youths from title 1 schools.
Prior to joining Providence in 2004, he was an analyst in Deutsche Bank’s media investment banking group. Mr. Marimow holds a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania

Josh Selip is a vice president based in Providence Equity’s New York office. He is currently a director of DoubleVerify, KPA and TCP.
Mr. Selip originally joined Providence in 2011 as an associate before attending business school. Previously, Mr. Selip was an investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Selip received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University.

Doug Bergeron served as the Chairman and CEO of VeriFone from 2001 to 2013, where revenues grew from under $300 million to over $2 billion annually, across over 100 countries.
Bergeron served as the Chairman of the Board of Cantaloupe, Inc from 2020 until its acquisition by 365 Networks in 2026. He is also a member of the board of directors of Zact and Fraud.net.
Bergeron is a permanent member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a member of the Board of Overseers of Hoover Institute at Stanford University, a five-time invited delegate to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, and he has been a frequent guest on CNBC and Fox Business.
