TROY, Mich., March 25, 2025 – 365 Retail Markets, the global leader in unattended retail technologies, has launched a refreshed version of its 365Pay app. With a reimagined layout and enhanced engagement capabilities, 365Pay creates a seamless and enjoyable experience for users.
A flagship component of 365’s Connected Campus, this self-checkout app allows customers to make purchases quickly and conveniently. 365Pay’s sign-up and sign-in processes are easier than ever with newly implemented verification codes, which eliminate the need for passwords and reduce friction. From there, a guided tap-through tutorial guides users on the app’s new layout and key features for easy navigation.
Additionally, the app’s announcements section will now inform customers of important updates in real time. This provides operators with the opportunity to highlight customizable promotions, seasonal deals, and more. Promotional content in the form of external links can also be displayed in the announcements space, optimizing operators’ advertising capabilities.
Messages are also easier to track with new visual indicators. A bell icon on the home screen as well as individualized messages in the notifications section help alert users to what is new. By creating these additional communication points, greater engagement opportunities between customers and operators are now available.
