Vegas is always a great time, but this year at NAMA was even better. Between fierce picking competitions, new product launches, and great conversations at the 365 booth, we’ve returned energized by all the connections and insights. If you missed it (or want a refresher), here’s your recap of everything 365 Retail Markets experienced at The NAMA Show 2025.
Protecting Your Profits Got Even Smarter
Loss prevention was top of mind for operators this year and our Loss Prevention Hub kept the conversations going all show long. We showcased practical solutions operators could demo right in the booth, including MarketSight and our newest add-on, the Ambient Cabinet for the PicoCooler Vision.
The message was clear: losses are not inevitable, and with the right tools, they can be managed effectively. Operators walked away confident, knowing they have a partner who understands their reality.
Age Verification—More Opportunities, Less Risk
The most talked-about demo in our booth? Age verification.
Operators were quick to see the potential—secure, compliant sales of age-restricted products in unattended environments. We had some great conversations about real-world use cases and ideal placements, and it was clear this solution meets a real need.
Fast Hands, Big Winners
The Lightspeed Picking Contest brought out some serious competition on the show floor. Operators lined up to test their speed, and the top times didn’t disappoint. Congratulations to the winners:

- 🥈 Geoff Cook (Trolley House), with a quick 15.47 seconds
- 🥉 Bronson Michaud (Mahaska), finishing strong at 16.11 seconds

Expanding into New Markets
One thing was clear at NAMA—more operators are looking for ways to grow outside of traditional vending. Hospitality was a hot topic, and tools like room-charge integrations and Impulsify’s ShopPop Kiosk showed how unattended retail can fit into new spaces without adding complexity.
AI Insights and Digital Signage
Operators got a glimpse at how AI-driven tools can streamline VMS operations to run smarter, not harder. With 365 Digital Advertising and on-kiosk promotions, there were fresh ideas for making locations even more profitable and engaging.
Atomic Golf—A Vegas Win
Lastly, Atomic Golf was a blast! A huge thanks to everyone who joined us. Nothing beats building relationships in a relaxed, fun setting, and this event was a standout highlight for our team.
